It’s time to select 12 amazing greyhounds for the 2026 Greyt Greys Calendar! We’ll select a dozen greyhounds to feature in this fundraising publication, one hound for each month.

Calendar photo sessions with Dave Mayes from Instinct Pet Photography will be held in Melbourne between between late April and July 2025, with proceeds going to Greyt Greys Rescue.

Every photo session will be unique, just like your greyhound, and tailored to ensure their comfort at every step.

What does it cost to apply?

It’s free to apply for a calendar photo session. If your greyhound is one of the 12 selected, a $200 registration fee will confirm your photo session. This amount will go directly to Greyt Greys Rescue.

What’s included with the $200 calendar photo session?

  • 60min private professional photo shoot for 1 greyhound

  • 1 digital photograph + 1 copy of the 2026 Greyt Greys Calendar

  • Pre-shoot consult with your photographer

  • Safety first! Your greyhound will remain on-leash for outdoor locations, with their leash removed digitally

  • The option to purchase custom-made wall art, photo albums and keepsakes from your session

  • 10% of additional artwork purchases from Instinct Pet Photography will be donated to Greyt Greys Rescue

When and where will calendar photo sessions be held?

  • Sessions held in scenic outdoor locations around Melbourne

  • Available weekdays from late April to July, 2025

Can people join my dog’s photo photographs?

This calendar is ALL about the hounds! Photographs selected for the calendar will not include people, however you’re welcome to upgrade to a deluxe calendar session for the full experience - people included.

What does the deluxe calendar session include?

Deluxe calendar sessions are $450 and include everything you see here, including:

  • Up to 120min of photo time

  • Option for people to join your pet’s photographs

  • Non-greyhound dogs your household are welcome, so long as there is one greyhound involved!

  • Access to weekend session availability

  • Bonus $200 print voucher to spend on stunning wall art, albums and keepsakes from your photo session

Your photo session includes the opportunity to purchase custom-made wall art, albums and keepsakes from $200.

10% of all artwork purchases go to Greyt Greys Rescue.

Love dogs but don’t have a greyhound?

No worries! Other dogs are welcome to book a private photo session with Dave, with 10% of your session fee and artwork purchases donated to Greyt Greys Rescue.
